Effects
AUCO ALU BAD removes drawing fats, pastes and oxide layers from aluminum cans and tubes. Special protective agents create a shiny surface and prevent fossilization of car washes, chains and thorns. Protects seals. Especially economical in consumption if you use AUCO RONDASLIDE as lubricant!
Use
AUCO ALU BAD is used in aqueous immersion cleaning systems and baths for aluminum cans, tubes and parts. Also proven in baths with ultrasound systems.
Application
Dilute AUCO ALU BAD into washing machine. Concentration (depending on object size and cleaning time) – 0,5 to 0,8%. With short contact time up to approx. 1,2%. Prewash zone 0,8 to 1,4%. Bath temperature: 55 to 70° C. For spray systems use AUCO ALU JET!
